Estimate Time of Arrival

• For local shipments, kindly allow 2-3 weeks for your item to reach you, for items that require resizing or special requests.
• For overseas shipments, kindly allow 4-6 weeks for your item to reach you.

• Take your jewellery off before showering, swimming, or washing the dishes. Keep stretch cord jewelry out of prolonged water.
• Keep your jewellery away from harsh cleaning chemicals, extreme temperatures, lotions, perfumes, soaps, and anything that will react with the stones and metal embellishments.
• Keep your jewellery stored in cool & dry places. A jewellery box or a ziplock bag will be ideal for storage when not worn.
• Polish your jewellery with a polishing cloth every once in a while to maintain its shine.
• Restring your bracelet every 6 months to 1 year to keep your jewellery’s elasticity intact.
• Cleanse your crystal jewellery every once in a while and learn to work with your crystals to maximize its healing properties.

Items purchased are strictly non-refundable. 

Defected items can be exchanged with another in-store item of the same value or higher within 48 hours of good received. 

We will not allow swapping of items after purchase.
